Philosophy
Activate your self-healing and regenerative powers!
Reducing disruptive factors.
A comprehensive, holistic diagnosis through the combination of various methods and test procedures, as well as our many years of experience, enable us to accurately assess individual stress levels. Respectful treatment of people and their unique, individual paths of development forms the basis for our therapy recommendations.
Those who are willing to change simple behaviors and implement new ones in their approach to themselves will get through the "crisis" and ultimately live more joyfully and healthily… With our individualized therapy, we provide the impetus for a new order.
Practice
Here for you! Highly professional, competent, and personable.

Diagnosis
Look closely! A holistic picture is the basis.
We identify your individual stress factors and eliminate them by avoidance, removal, or drainage.
To this end, we use a variety of traditional examination methods and various energetic testing procedures.
In addition, we collaborate with various laboratories, some of which are highly specialized.
The DFM is an overview measurement of the body and serves as a primary guide for further diagnostics and therapy focus areas.
By measuring skin resistance in various parts of the body, the measuring computer determines whether there are any degenerative changes, acute or chronic diseases, interference fields, inflammations, or energy deficiencies.
They indicate exposure to viruses, bacteria and fungi, chronic metal poisoning, allergies and functional disorders of the internal organs. The DFM enables good therapy control and documentation of treatment progress.
– intracellular metabolism and any deficiencies
– individual exposure to free radicals
– intracellular and connective tissue toxin exposure
– exposure to hormone-like substances
– exposure to viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites
The sympathetic and parasympathetic parts of the VNS constantly interact in order to be able to react appropriately to changing external and internal conditions. HRV is therefore an important indicator of physiological resilience and flexibility and reflects our ability to adapt effectively to stress and environmental demands.
This variance is not taken into account in a normal ECG or the measurement of the pulse rate per minute, which is why it is measured separately. In our practice, we measure HRV while lying and standing (10 minutes) as a preliminary examination, in the long-term ECG over 24-72 hours, so that we also gain an insight into nocturnal control, as well as in real time during an intervention, e.g. respiratory therapy.
The analysis of HRV is an enormously important basis for the selection of relevant therapeutic measures in order to optimize the cooperation between the parts of the VNS as far as possible and thus promote health in the best possible way.
In the intensive collaboration, patient and therapist experience very clearly where the functional disorders and what triggers them are and which therapies can be carried out effectively.
The physical experience of your own test reactions gives you intensive access to the results, which makes it easier for you to take responsibility for your own specific therapies.
In combination with instrumental diagnostics, the picture is further rounded off. A viable therapeutic concept is developed from measurements and knowledge, experience and experience in a subsequent discussion.
Thanks to this physically tangible method and its effects, we are constantly amazed by the complex miracle that is the human being.
Sonography, also known as ultrasound examination, is a proven imaging procedure that is used in our practice. With the help of high-frequency sound waves, it enables a gentle and painless examination of internal organs and tissue structures. For example, we can detect changes in the abdominal region, thyroid gland or blood vessels at an early stage and treat them in a targeted manner. Sonography helps us to comprehensively assess your health and develop individual treatment approaches.
We also look for changes in terms of kinesiology, Chinese medicine, neural therapy, chiropractic/osteopathy and many other methods we use.

We offer the following additional examination procedures:
Blood tests ranging from basic laboratory tests to highly differentiated special tests, ECG, stress ECG,
long-term ECG and long-term HRV up to 72 hours, long-term blood pressure, lung function test, oxygen partial pressure and BIAS measurements.
Through careful anamnesis and further examinations, our discussions with patients, and the combination
of various test procedures and methods—and their overlaps—we identify the individual causes.
Therapy
Always personalized. Often combined for an optimized and long-lasting effect.
Acupuncture achieves excellent, scientifically recognized effects in the body without the use of medication. This Asian form of therapy, which is more than 4,000 years old, uses specific areas of the skin whose stimulation triggers reactions in the autonomic nervous system. This stimulates metabolic activities, releases the body's own pain-relieving substances, and triggers self-healing reactions. The acupuncture points can be stimulated using sterile disposable needles, laser light, heat, or electrical current.
In our practice, we use classical Chinese body acupuncture, auriculotherapy according to Nogier (ear acupuncture), and cranial acupuncture according to Yamamoto. The main areas of application are chronic diseases, musculoskeletal pain, headaches, allergies, metabolic disorders, and immune diseases.
In aromatherapy, valuable essential oils are used to promote health and vitality.
This therapy utilizes the powerful biochemical activity and psychogenic effects of fragrances on the emotional centers of our brain and their influence on the autonomic nervous system.
Essential oils are useful for diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, skin, and respiratory tract, infections with fungi, bacteria, and parasites, as well as psychological changes.
Our life begins with our first breath and accompanies us continuously until the end of our lives.
Breathing happens without us having to consciously do anything; we are, so to speak, breathed.
The vegetative, i.e., non-conscious nervous system (VNS) adapts the breathing pattern to internal and external conditions. We react with a change in breathing when faced with physical challenges, such as sporting activities, accelerated movement when playing, or running because we want to catch the train. But even when we react emotionally to something, such as anger or fear, our breathing pattern changes significantly. We can become aware of this process and observe or even modulate our breathing. Parallel to the breathing pattern, the activity of the heart changes, which is particularly visible in heart rate variability (HRV)—see there!
No wonder, then, that breathing plays a major role in almost all ancient wisdom teachings that deal with physical balance.
There are countless breathing therapies. In our practice, we work primarily with "conscious breathing" according to Prof. Gay Hendricks (PhD) as well as with some breathing techniques known from yoga, such as alternate nostril breathing. We use observation and conscious, i.e., deliberate, modulation of the breath to achieve a reaction in the autonomic nervous system (ANS). When the ANS is in balance, most bodily functions are also balanced, allowing the person to react more flexibly and recover.
Acidosis massage involves treating stuck connective tissue. This is loosened, tissue layers are made mobile again, and the body's deacidification is supported. The pain memory of the autonomic nervous system is influenced and tissue hormones are activated.
Within this framework, we work with an alternative approach to the treatment of cancer that is tailored to the individual patient. This approach takes into account the patient's personality, lifestyle, metabolic issues, stress levels, and the effectiveness of their immune system.
All of these aspects must be considered in order to take a step toward healing.
Modern diagnostics through examinations of epigenetic stress, determination of circulating tumor cells, and the responsiveness of tumor cells to biologics such as turmeric, artesunate, vitamin C, and other immunotherapies are incorporated into the therapy planning.
Biological tumor therapy can be used as an alternative or in conjunction with conventional tumor treatment.
In the case of disorders of the musculoskeletal system, even small incorrect movements or incorrect strain are enough to trigger acute lumbago, a stiff neck, headaches, or pain in the chest or abdomen. Chiropractic therapy identifies poor posture, incorrect movement and breathing patterns, muscular imbalances, and the resulting restrictions in joint movement.
Targeted manipulation or movement techniques are used to restore joint function. The underlying conditions, e.g., impaired organ function, must also be treated to prevent the same problem from recurring. Chiropractic therapy helps with many types of musculoskeletal pain, allergies, and chronic conditions.
The intestine plays a key role in the immune system. That is why intestinal cleansing and immunotherapy is one of the most important methods for strengthening the human regulatory and defense system.
The intestine is rinsed with specially prepared warm water and thoroughly cleansed. This lays the foundation for new, healthy intestinal colonization, stable intestinal function, and regular digestion.
The cleansing and stimulating effect of the water, combined with targeted massage and special breathing techniques, activates the immune activity of the intestinal wall. Healthy intestinal bacteria, infusions with vitamins and vital substances, acupuncture, reflex point massages, or additional oxygen supply support the effect.
The DMPS test provides information about your individual exposure to heavy metals and non-ferrous metals, especially in the brain and autonomic nervous system.
To do this, an injection is administered to specific, individually tested points on the body, sometimes in combination with medication, which triggers the excretion of heavy metals and non-ferrous metals. DMPS forms a solid compound with the metals to be excreted, which is water-soluble and can therefore be excreted in the urine.
Beforehand, it is important to find out what metals you normally excrete in your urine and what you excrete after injection of the metal detoxification agent in order to find the most suitable detoxification method for you. The procedure can be varied on an individual basis. To do this, lead, mercury, tin, zinc, and a number of other, sometimes toxic, non-ferrous and heavy metals in the urine are examined before and after injection.
All biological systems function optimally when nervous control and the performance of the executive organs are guaranteed. Allergies, poisoning with heavy or non-ferrous metals, chemical exposure (e.g., to solvents), scar interference fields, and psychological stress impair nerve function. Organs are disrupted in their function by hyperacidity, the accumulation of waste products, and toxic chemical exposure. In all cases, the result is disease!
When it comes to detoxification and purification therapies, there is no standardised detoxification method that is equally effective for everyone. For individual, efficient detoxification with few side effects, it is necessary in each individual case to find out exactly what disorders are present and which detoxification therapies should be used. The spectrum ranges from homeopathic remedies, vital field therapy (VFT), and special drainage agents to algae and phytotherapeutics, from enzymes and essential oils to chemical complexing agents such as chelation therapy and DMPS as part of mercury elimination according to Dr. Klinghardt.
A very pleasant and effective detoxification therapy, either on its own or in combination with other treatments, is individually programmed vital field therapy.
Special massage techniques and baths, intestinal and connective tissue therapies, electrotherapy and laser therapy, or OMT are used as complementary treatments. Detoxification and elimination treatments are an essential basis for effective, biological regulatory medicine.
Fasciae are connective tissue fibers that run through and envelop the muscles and internal organs, connect the bones and muscles, and ensure the elasticity and stability of our body.
They are highly innervated with different receptors that convey pain perception, position in space, and movements. They contain thermoreceptors and react to changes in the chemical environment.
Adhesions or structural changes in the fascia can cause severe pain and restrict the mobility of the body and organs, thereby limiting their function.
In addition to manual therapy, connective tissue and acidosis massages, osteopathy, MRI, targeted fascia treatments with balls, rollers, and therapy sticks, as well as vital field therapy are used.
With great enthusiasm, therapist and patient discover the developing energetic possibilities and experience the growing unity of body, soul, and spirit.
When we give the inner world the opportunity to encounter and guide us, we release self-healing powers, activate psychoneuroimmunological processes, and become more alive and healthier.
Our range of therapies includes acidosis massages, tuina massages, and connective tissue massage.
We also offer lymphatic drainage and massage treatments as part of MRT and Sanjo therapy.
MRT is a highly effective form of therapy for treating back pain, connective tissue, the lymphatic system, and disorders of the bladder meridian. The combination of special suction massage, direct current, and modified patient-specific vibrations enables effective treatment of inflammatory and degenerative diseases. The basic regulation in the connective tissue and the autonomic nervous system is activated, blood circulation and acid-base balance are improved, immune reactions are stimulated, and the body's self-healing reactions are promoted.
In the mitochondria, the powerhouses of our cells, we produce ATP, which controls all metabolic functions and supplies them with energy. At the same time, free radicals are formed in the cells as the basis of our intracellular defense against pathogens.
Toxins such as heavy metals, insecticides, pesticides, other chemicals, and even antibiotics can disrupt the function of mitochondria or even kill them. This is referred to as acquired mitochondriopathy or mitochondrial dysfunction, which causes physical and mental weakness, exhaustion, and immune disorders. Many chronic diseases can have their origins here.
Successful mitochondrial treatment requires identification of the underlying causes. Often, several factors need to be addressed in order to achieve results. In most cases, lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, detoxification measures, and targeted supplementation are necessary.
We know that many complaints and illnesses such as headaches, back pain, digestive problems, breathing difficulties, etc. can be triggered by allergies. If left untreated, these allergic reactions can lead to life-threatening illnesses.
Dr. Nambudripad's discovery, NAET®, is an innovative and completely natural method that aims to restore your health, often providing permanent relief from allergies and the symptoms they cause.
Neural therapy involves injections of a neural therapeutic agent/local anesthetic either into specific segment regions or into muscles or joints, often as part of pain therapy.
In cases of functional disorders, injections into blood vessels may also be useful to improve blood circulation.
To treat disorders of the autonomic nervous system and organ functions, injections can be administered to the ganglia, which control functions, thereby achieving strong effects in the innervation area.
In addition to basic building blocks such as water, oxygen, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, all body cells need a variety of other essential substances to function optimally. Ever since Linus Pauling was awarded the Nobel Prize for his work on vitamin C, the vital importance of micro-building blocks such as vitamins, minerals, and trace elements has been widely recognized.
In order to determine individual status, requirements, and complex interrelationships, tests of blood, hair (body tissue), or urine are necessary.
The intended preparations should be tested for individual tolerance, benefit, and appropriate dosage before use.
Orthomolecular treatment is recommended for all tumor diseases and most chronic diseases, during or after pregnancy, for high-performance athletes, smokers, people under stress, and during detoxification therapies, as well as for prophylaxis.
A form of treatment established for 100 years, in which the therapist gently makes contact with the body to assess its function and limitations. Osteopathy is not limited to the treatment of individual symptoms, but always considers the person as a whole.
The most well-known aspect of osteopathy in this country is the examination of the musculoskeletal system, i.e., the muscles, fascia, and connective tissue. However, it also includes the assessment of the nervous system, the vessels, the internal organs, and the craniosacral system.
This results in many possible areas of therapy. Depending on the individual situation and diagnosis of the patient, osteopathy can be used as a form of therapy in its own right or as a useful supplement to other therapies.
The type of treatment covers a wide spectrum. From the more structural approach known as chiropractic therapy, it ranges from gentle muscle and connective tissue techniques to the sometimes barely perceptible treatment of the craniosacral system.
The aim is to enable the person being treated to restore their natural balance by improving the mobility of the affected structure. The treatment is tailored to the individual constitution and situation of the patient.
Through targeted movement exercises, the patient can then actively and independently support the treatment in order to fully benefit from the progress made.
When there is a lack of oxygen, our physical and mental performance is significantly reduced. Regenerative processes are restricted, waste products accumulate, and generalized hyperacidity occurs. Cells die and the body switches all systems to low gear. If this condition persists, serious damage occurs.
In ozone or oxygen therapy, after first determining the oxygen saturation in the blood, the vital gas is specifically replenished by breathing pure, ionized oxygen or through a large autologous blood therapy with an ozone-oxygen mixture.
This leads to tissue revitalization with activation of the metabolism and the body's own defenses. The performance of the heart, brain, and internal organs is significantly improved. In oxygen therapy according to Prof. Manfred von Ardenne, the effect is further enhanced by a preceding infusion of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements, as well as light physical activity.
Sanjo is a gentle, painless manual technique used to minimize muscular tension. By bringing the muscles in the joint area together, a signal is sent to the cerebellum that it is safe to reduce the tone of both the involuntary and voluntary muscles in this area. The painful system can relax.
The method is supplemented by targeted tendon stretching. Techniques for reorganizing the cartilaginous and bony structures of the skull and spine with the aim of unimpeded cerebrospinal fluid flow round off Sanjo.
Acupuncture treatments can be included to enhance and prolong the effect.
The deep-acting bodywork of Shiatsu aims to contribute to the healing and maintenance of health in body, mind, and soul by balancing the energy in the meridians. For more information, visit: www.shiatsu-kreissig.de
Life takes place in constant interaction with countless frequencies and fields. Some penetrate us from outside, while every living body also generates low-intensity radiation itself. These serve to control the tremendous precision and complexity of our bodily processes, because purely biochemical or electrical-nervous control would be far too crude. The totality of electromagnetic frequencies and fields is called the vital field.
The vital field is examined using the Global Diagnostics device. Typical frequencies, rhythms, and impulses stored in a database, along with the associated information, are measured and analyzed. Pathological deviations are reflected in changes in the parameters mentioned above; the regular modulation of the system becomes chaotic, deficient, or rigid.
The mode of action of vital field technology is based on the knowledge that certain stimuli of the vital field with electromagnetic fields and impulses can stimulate and support the regeneration and self-healing processes.
Vital field technology is not recognized by classical university medicine as a diagnostic and therapeutic method. Regardless of this, it is valued and used by thousands of therapists in over 25 countries worldwide.
Twice a week, there is an individually designed online yoga class with an emphasis on Yin Yoga and relaxation. Pilates elements can be incorporated in between (Yoga-lates).
Testing teeth involves checking for infections, foci of infection, occlusion disorders, or toxic-allergic conditions. Various kinesiological tests, laser stimuli, and examinations using the Global Diagnostics System can be used to investigate the different disorders.
LTT tests (lymphocyte transformation tests) for metals, adhesives, or other dental materials can be performed by specialized laboratories to provide additional support.
We also use X-ray images of teeth or jaws or DVT examinations in further therapy planning.
